During the summers we offer intensive summer programs, two 4-week sessions which focus on the work shopping and rehearsal of a full length musical production, which is then performed at the end of the second session. To ensure a well-rounded and diverse performing arts experience we offer daily classes in dance, singing, speech, makeup and improvisation.

Summer Camp 2006 is designed to be recreational and tailored for the interests of school age children. Our curriculum features a rich range of daily activities, long term projects, special events, field trips, and a unique academic and enrichment component that are stimulating and discovery-oriented. Integrated arts opportunities feature exploration of creative expression through dance, drama, music and writing.

We follow the professional audition model where each student auditions independently for our Finale Musical Production. Each student has an equal “shot” at the part of their choice. No student in our program is simply cast in the “Chorus”. We spend many rigorous hours writing in extra movement and acting parts to assure the involvement of ALL of our students. And unlike many children’s theater programs, which cast their students based on a “vibe” or seniority with the company, we are an “equal opportunity program”; all of our students are “stars”!
